The Flowair ELiS B air curtain is a recessed solution engineered to deliver effective climate separation in indoor environments. Installed in the ceiling plane, it creates a controlled air barrier that limits heat loss in winter and prevents warm external air from entering air-conditioned spaces in summer. This helps maintain stable interior conditions and supports efficient temperature management.
Flowair ELiS B is available in three standard lengths: 1 m, 1.5 m and 2 m. And in three versions: with a water heat exchanger, with electric heating elements, or without heating for ambient air application. This range allows selection of the most appropriate configuration to meet specific performance and energy requirements for different projects.
Designed for seamless integration, the Flowair ELiS B unit is intended for mounting in existing suspended ceilings without the need for additional service cut-outs. Its compact structure and quiet operation make it well suited for high-standard and representative spaces such as retail environments, restaurants and showrooms where both performance and discretion matter.
ELiS B comes equipped with the DRV control module as standard, enabling connection to the intelligent FLOWAIR SYSTEM. This integration allows centralised management of multiple devices and contributes to energy savings by operating units only when needed. The system can also be connected into building management systems (BMS) for broader facility-wide control.
The air curtain delivers strong performance with a maximum effective range of up to 5 metres and airflow rates ranging from 2200 m³/h to 6600 m³/h depending on model and configuration. Its construction combines durable materials including aluminium, plastic and steel for reliable operation and a long service life.
The recessed design of the ELiS B not only provides practical performance but also enhances interior aesthetics. The inlet and outlet profiles use anodised aluminium elements, and the unit can be supplied in a wider range of colours on request, making it easier to integrate with architectural and interior design schemes.
