Radiant tubes are highly efficient heating devices designed to generate powerful heat at a high level. This heat is effectively delivered to the working area without causing any air movement, ensuring a comfortable and stable environment.
Space-Ray LR heaters exceed the stringent requirements set by the ErP 2018 (Lot 21) legislation, ensuring high energy efficiency and environmental performance. They also surpass the standards outlined in the Building Regulations Part L, which focus on the conservation of fuel and power in buildings.
Available in three configurations—linear, double linear, and ‘U’ tube format—with heater ratings ranging from 15kW to 47kW, this range offers flexibility in installation and design while catering to diverse spatial requirements and heating demands for optimal performance across various working area sizes.
Two flue system options are available: individual flue systems or combined ‘Herringbone’ manifold flue systems. This flexibility allows for tailored installation solutions based on specific site requirements and constraints. Under certain circumstances, heaters can be installed unflued, offering additional installation flexibility and cost savings where venting options are limited.
Heaters can be configured to operate on either Natural Gas or LPG, providing adaptability to the available fuel sources and specific energy needs of the facility.
Equipped with polished aluminium reflectors, these heaters maximise radiant reflectivity, ensuring efficient heat distribution and minimising energy loss.
