The Replicant range of gas-fired heating and ventilation units has been developed as a direct replacement for several discontinued Reznor AHU models and similar units from Ambirad and Benson. Designed to be dimensionally identical to the original systems, they eliminate the need for costly ductwork modifications and make upgrades fast and simple. Compatible replacements include the Reznor Europak 2000, RPV2000, SDH, SDH-EC, Ambirad TE, STE, UCE, and a range of Benson-branded heaters.

Engineered for ducted applications, Replicant units provide reliable heating and ventilation for a wide variety of spaces. They are suitable for plant room installations or can be positioned within the space they serve, offering flexibility for commercial, industrial, or large-scale environments. With ErP 2021 compliance across the entire range, the units deliver efficient, modern heating solutions that meet the latest standards.
For maximum performance, condensing models achieve up to 108% efficiency, helping reduce both energy consumption and carbon emissions. The heart of each unit is a 304-grade stainless steel drum and tube combustion chamber and heat exchanger, ensuring long service life and durability. Fully modulating premix burners provide consistent heating control while maintaining efficiency across varying demand levels.
The Replicant range offers heat outputs from 25kW to 90kW, giving customers flexibility to match system performance to building requirements. Internal or weatherproof external units are available, with the option to specify left-hand or right-hand controls. Flueing can be type B or type C, depending on site conditions. All units feature inverter-driven plug fans with EC motors, allowing precise airflow adjustment during commissioning to match original system performance.
Designed with ease of installation in mind, Replicant units are supplied on a robust steel section base frame. They can be delivered as complete systems, sectional units, or individual components, depending on site access and project requirements. For additional support, on-site assembly services are available to ensure smooth installation and commissioning.
Flexible design options make Replicant AHUs suitable for a wide range of applications. Return and fresh air connections can be configured from the top, rear, or bottom of the fan compartment, and a choice of filter and damper options is available to meet specific air quality and ventilation needs. With their high efficiency, direct compatibility, and robust construction, Replicant units provide a cost-effective and future-proof solution for replacing obsolete Reznor, Ambirad, or Benson heating and ventilation systems.
